Celebration Sunday
On the 5th September our church will be holding a Celebration Sunday. It’s an occasion to thank God for the way he’s provided for us in so many ways. He’s answered many prayers. It’s also an ideal time for you to come along.
So, we’d love to invite you to church! It doesn’t matter if you’ve never been to church before, or if you’ve been thinking it’s time to come back again, we’ll save a seat for you.
Celebration Sunday will be really accessible for anyone. On the day there’ll be a church service, a break for snacks/tea/coffee, and the a short seminar where we’ll introduce who we are at Grace Presbyterian. There will be a program for the kids as well during the ‘Intro to Grace’ session. We’ll finish by sharing a meal and activities for the kids.
We will begin with a sermon in the Gospel of Mark and we’ll be continuing to look at Mark over the next few months. I can think of no better place for us to start than to focus on the person and work of Jesus Christ. In him there is grace and life.
