Easter

You’re invited to join us this Easter as we celebrate the good news of Jesus’ death and resurrection.

Here’s a couple of ways you can get involved:

On Good Friday we’re meeting at the Bull Run Reserve (Main Street, Hadspen) at 10am for a low-key gathering. We’ll spend some time hearing the Easter Story being read out from the Bible. There’ll be morning tea (hot cross buns), a Scavenger hunt and Easter eggs for the kids. It’s a free event. And you’ll meet some people from the local area.

On Easter Sunday we’ll be holding a church service at 3pm at the Hadspen Memorial Centre. In the service there’ll be Bible readings, prayers, songs, and a sermon. In the sermon we’ll be looking at why Jesus died on the cross. Easter Sunday is a great time to find out more about Jesus and Christianity. Everyone is welcome.
